This page lets you request the deletion of your HermesAI account and the personal data associated with it. HermesAI is developed and operated by Trimonke. You can submit a request using the form below, or by emailing us directly at [email protected].
How to Request Deletion
Fill in the email address linked to your HermesAI account and submit the form. To help us verify your request, please use the same email address you registered with. Our team will process verified requests and confirm once your data has been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we permanently remove the personal data linked to your account, including:
- Your account profile and login details.
- Saved travel routes, itineraries, and Trip Planner history.
- Place Finder and Recognizer usage history associated with your account.
- Travel preferences and in-app settings.
- Subscription tier records held on our servers (payment records held by Apple or Google are managed by those providers).
Data Retention
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period only where required by law (for example, tax or transaction records) or to prevent fraud and abuse, after which it is securely deleted. Payment and subscription records stored by the App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective retention policies.
